Yale University Art Gallery

Puzzling or provocative, paintings at the Yale University Art Gallery leap from the walls and inspire its patrons. The gallery teaches patrons and students alike how to appreciate each work – spending up to a half hour on just one painting. Ed Wierzbicki explains how the nation’s very first art museum is always free, thereby allowing people to come, go, and enjoy at their leisure.
